Project Pulse Wrap-Up: What Your Feedback Made Possible

Over the past few months, we have been working hard on Project Pulse, a major effort to fix the most frustrating issues and make Stripchat a better platform for you.
Now that Project Pulse has wrapped up, we want to share the results and celebrate the progress we’ve made together.
Key Results
You told us what matters most: stability, reliability, and a smoother day-to-day experience. We listened, and here is what we’ve accomplished:

- We released four major patches in just two months, a solid pace that shows how much progress we can make together. And we are not stopping here, with more improvements already underway.
- We fixed 160 bugs, which is 74% more than the usual monthly average. These fixes covered a wide range of areas that help improve stability and the overall experience on the platform.
- Our teams dedicated 1,376 hours of work, enough time to fly around the world 55 times. All those hours went into making Stripchat a workspace you can count on every day.
- Eight teams across all product areas joined forces to make this happen, combining their expertise to deliver meaningful changes.
- 10,205 models joined our Discord community, building stronger connections and sharing valuable feedback.
- During the campaign, you submitted over 100 new requests. Around 20% have already been resolved, and the rest are actively being worked on.
- Finally, the average monthly number of technical issues reported to Customer Support dropped by 33%, proving that the changes made during Project Pulse have already had a real, positive impact.
We hope you can feel the difference and invite you to keep sharing your thoughts.
Streaming: Long-Term Project Update
During Project Pulse, we shared our plans to begin upgrading our streaming infrastructure around the world to improve more stable broadcasts, and that you would see noticeable improvement starting in October. Unfortunately, this is taking longer than anticipated.
We have made these upgrades in one country already and have seen promising results, but we are still in the process of rolling this out across the different countries we operate in.
We thank you for your patience, and we will continue to update you on progress as we release regular patch notes on changes to the site. We know this is the most important issue across the community, and we are committed to long term solutions that truly improve the experience for everyone.
Keep the Feedback Coming
Join our Discord to stay connected with us and the rest of the community around the world. It’s the place where your requests come first, and you can connect directly with our community managers. If you have not joined yet, now is the perfect time to do it and be part of the conversation.
You can also follow our Telegram for news and faster updates about releases.
Looking Ahead
Project Pulse may be over, but our commitment to improving your experience is stronger than ever. We’ll continue building the kind of platform you can rely on to grow your business. And we’ll keep sharing patch notes regularly so you always know what we’re working on.
Once again, we thank you for being part of this journey, for your ideas, feedback, and patience. Together, we are shaping the future of Stripchat into a place that truly works for you.
